This privacy policy applies to the Pro Currency Converter app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by Invly (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided free of charge and is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users of the Application.

Currency conversions and any preferences you set (such as favorite currencies) are processed and stored locally on your device only. We do not receive your conversion history, amounts entered, or other usage information.

The Application does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash-reporting services that identify you. The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device.

Payments

The Application is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. The Service Provider does not process payments or collect billing information through the Application.

Third Party Services

The Application may request current exchange rates from public financial data providers to perform conversions. These requests do not include your name, email, device identifiers tied to you, or your conversion inputs—only what is needed to retrieve rate data (for example, requested currency codes).

Any third-party provider used for exchange rates operates under its own privacy policy. The Service Provider does not sell or share user data with third parties because no user data is collected.

Opt-Out Rights

Because the Application does not collect personal information, there is no ongoing data collection to opt out of. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain user data on its servers. Any information stored by the Application (such as favorites) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Application.

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, please contact the Service Provider.

Security

Because the Service Provider does not collect or store your personal data on its servers, your conversion activity stays on your device under your control. You are responsible for securing access to your device.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
