This privacy policy applies to the Parking Jam: Clear Parking Lot app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices created by Invly (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided free of charge and is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit personal data such as your name, email address, or phone number through the Application.

Your game progress — including completed levels, hints used, and in-game preferences — is stored locally on your device only. We do not receive your level history, gameplay activity, or other usage information on our servers.

The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device. The Application may use limited, anonymized analytics or crash diagnostics to help improve stability and performance. Any such data is not linked to your identity.

Payments

The Application is free to download and play. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. The Service Provider does not process payments or collect billing information through the Application.

Third Party Services

The Application may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These partners may collect limited device and usage information — such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and general interaction data — to deliver and measure ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The Service Provider does not sell your personal data. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

Opt-Out Rights

Because the Service Provider does not collect personal information directly, there is no ongoing personal data collection to opt out of on our side. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain user data on its servers. Any information stored by the Application (such as level progress) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Application.

Children

The Application is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, please contact the Service Provider.

Security

Because the Service Provider does not collect or store your personal data on its servers, your gameplay stays on your device under your control. You are responsible for securing access to your device.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
